If you're moving from another platform or have many links to create, you can import them from a CSV file.
1. Prepare the file
The file must have a header row and the columns in this order:
longurl,alias,title,description
https://example.com/offer,offer,Offer of the month,Newsletter link- longurl – the destination address (required);
- alias – the alias you want (optional);
- title and description – the title and description (optional).
The column names in the header can be anything, but the order must be kept. You can create the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV.
2. Import
- In the left menu, open Tools & Integrations → Import Links.
- Under CSV File, choose the file.
- Choose the Domain and the Redirection type for the imported links.
- Click Import.
Good to know
- The file can be up to 2 MB.
- Above 100 links, the import runs in the background. The progress appears on the same page (pending, processing, completed), and the import can be cancelled.
- Duplicate links are skipped.
- If an alias is already in use, a random one is generated automatically.
- Only the links are imported, not the statistics from your old platform.
