How do I collect emails and messages through my bio page and download the data?

Your bio page can also collect contacts, through two widgets: Newsletter and Contact Form.

Collect email addresses (Newsletter)

1. In the editor's Content tab, click Add Link or Content and choose Newsletter.
2. Fill in the button text (for example "Subscribe").
3. Visitors leave their email address right on your page.

Download the collected emails

1. Open the page in the editor and click the Data tab.
2. In the Newsletter Emails section you see how many addresses you've collected.
3. Click Download as CSV. The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets, or can be imported into your email marketing platform.

Until you've collected anything, the Data tab shows the message You will be able to download submitted data here once available.

Receive messages (Contact Form)

1. Add the Contact Form block.
2. Fill in the button text and the email where you want to receive the messages.
3. When a visitor sends the form, the message goes straight to your inbox.

Privacy: if you collect personal data, tell your visitors how you use it. You can also turn on the Cookie Popup in the Settings tab.
