How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account, without contacting us.

1. Open Billing from the account menu.
2. In the plan box, click Cancel Membership (or Cancel trial, if you're on a trial).
3. In the Cancel your subscription? window, confirm with your account password.
4. Optionally, tell us the reason under Why are you leaving? – it helps us improve the service.
5. Confirm the cancellation. If you change your mind, click Keep my plan.

What happens after cancelling

• Your subscription no longer renews and you're not charged again.
• You keep all premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for. In Billing you'll see the message Your subscription will not renew. You keep every premium feature until [date].
• After that date, premium features are no longer available, and in Billing you'll see the message Your premium plan has expired. Renew it to get your premium features back.

You can go back to a paid plan at any time with Renew plan or from the Pricing page.
